Dedicated server is not required for DeskAlerts, it can be installed on server sharing resources with another applications. SQL instance also can share a server with other databases.
Each DeskAlerts client consumes about 33 Kb per hour. This value can be adjusted by setting poll period.
Supported browsers
DeskAlerts Control Panel is optimized to work with Internet explorer 9.0 and above. Last version of Google Chrome is also supported.
